Leclerc Wire Heddles are designed for smooth operation and ease of use. Featuring a lightweight wooden frame, sturdy heddle support bar, and durable metal construction, these standard wire heddles are the default choice supplied with most Leclerc looms.

Wire heddles are generally easier to thread, slide smoothly across shaft frames, and are quick to add or remove as needed—ideal for efficient weaving setup and adjustment.

Standard Heddle Lengths by Loom Type:

• Leclerc Table Looms: 9 ½″
• Nilus, Fanny, Mira, and Artisat Looms: 10 ½″
• Nilus II, Colonial, Weavebird, Kebec Looms: 12 ½″

How to Measure:
Measure from the top edge of the upper heddle support bar to the bottom edge of the lower support bar to determine your correct heddle size.

Threading Tip:
Heddles are marked with a red end for threading orientation—red end on top for right-handed threading, red end on bottom for left-handed threading.
