In this cozy group class of 5, you’ll create a handwoven shawl using a twill pattern. Explore colour play, twill techniques, and practical finishing methods while weaving a wearable and functional textile on a floor loom.

Class Format
Weekend/Evening Format:
Day One: 6pm–9pm (3 hrs)
Day Two: 9am–5pm (8 hrs)
Day Three: 9am–5pm (8 hrs)

Materials
We provide you with cotton or wool yarn. If you’d like to bring your own yarns, we’re happy to help calculate your material needs — yarn must be pre-approved before class.

Prerequisite
This is a second-level beginner class. Experience setting up 4-shaft looms and reading weaving patterns is recommended.
Third level students may select a twill pattern of their choice.
Reminders
