*these looms are limited to 5-10 consecutive days a month depending on availability.

Regular studio hours
Studio time must be booked in advance.

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Monday & Thursday: By booking only

We track studio usage and encourage pre-scheduling to help manage studio availability.

Rental Agreement Rules

Rental Duration: Any day your project occupies a loom counts as a rental day

Rental passes must be used within 4 months of the first booked date.

Please note that rental days do not apply on studio closure days.

Scheduling: Renters must book time in advance.

Materials: Materials are not included in rental fees

Experience Requirement: Renters must have prior experience using all equipment, as well as dressing a loom and weaving their own projects. Rental fees do not cover instruction or technical support.

Consultation Services: Instructional Support (Optional Add-On)
Full Assistance: $50/hour (billed in 30-minute increments)
Light Support: $20/day (includes up to 30 minutes of help)
Please book instructional support in advance to ensure availability.

Supervision: Students renting looms are not permitted to be in the studio unsupervised.

Liability Waiver: Upon rental, you will receive a waiver to sign, stating that Loom Studio is not responsible for any injuries incurred while using studio equipment. Additionally, renters are liable for any damage caused to studio property and equipment during their use.

*Loom Studio has the right to reserve certain days and times for private classes. A week’s notice will be given and you will not be charged for those days if your loom is in use.
